Returns & Refunds Policy:
At nini, we want your experience to be as pleasant after your purchase as it was when you placed your order. If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must:
- be unworn, unwashed, and unused;
- be returned in their original condition;
- have their original tags still attached.
Any item not meeting these conditions cannot be refunded.
Refund processing times vary depending on your bank. After the refund is generated by the ninilabo teams, please allow 5 to 8 business days for the amount to be credited to your account.
How to make a return?
- Contact us at contact@ninilabo.com with your order number.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Place the items back in their original packaging and reseal it using the second adhesive strip.
- Drop off your package with the indicated carrier.
- Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
